Ruskin Architectural Products provide function and beauty to State Farm Insurance Company’s new Regional Customer Center in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The $500 million campus-style project is located in the CityLine mixed-use development in Richardson, TX, roughly 10 miles northeast of downtown Dallas. The new facility will replace several smaller State Farm facilities located throughout North Texas and may employ up to 8,000 when complete. The project includes 4 office towers and approximately 2 million square feet of floor space that will serve State Farm along with residential, health and retail businesses.

BC Place is an icon of British Columbia. From the water, or from the sky, views of Vancouver’s downtown skyline are punctuated by the retractable stadium roof. Ruskin and its representative in Vancouver were deeply involved from start to finish with both the aesthetics and ventilation control of the stadium redesign. The concept was to take what at one time was the world’s largest inflatable air supported roof and convert it into a retractable dome with the largest cable-supported roof in the world. Read more..

Hess Tower is a 29 story, 844,000 sq. ft. mixed use building containing commercial office, retail and dining space with an adjacent parking garage. It's located in Houston's Inner Loop East area adjacent to Discovery Green park, a 12 acre urban green space for outdoor activities, concerts and other entertainment events. Originally named Discovery Tower, it was renamed in 2009 for the Hess Corporation, its current lessee. It was formally completed in 2010 and is Houston's first downtown LEED Platinum office building.
