Vision Week, which started in 2000, is an annual opportunity for all employees to learn more about our company vision, values and goals. We had great participation and employees really felt like part of a family.
Vision Week festivities at Ruskin Headquarters in Grandview started with a short talk by our President, Tom Edwards. Our activities included a morale boosting game where employees answered questions from their team leaders like “How do you contribute to helping Ruskin win?”, “Where would you like to be in 5 years?” and “What makes you feel like you are part of our team?” There were also lots of other games and activities in which all participated.
Although Mother Nature made us change our plans slightly due to her rain, we still raised over $6,000 in donations for our local Children’s Hospital. Thank you Ruskin team!
Our employees make a difference when they learn about our vision and values and how they can contribute to the company's success. They are actively involved in serving customers and improving their workplace and Vision Week helps build a solid foundation of spirit and camaraderie.
