Ruskin CDTI-50 Stops Condensation Cold

Ruskin Manufacturing, Kansas City, MO, announces the [model:13474]CDTI-50[/model] Thermally Isolated Aluminum Control Damper. This damper is specifically engineered and manufactured to provide the lowest thermal conductivity available. Each airfoil blade is injected with high-density polyurethane foam providing thermal isolation. After the injection process, each blade edge is then cut producing the thermal break needed to effectively isolate one skin from the other reducing thermal transfer. The CDTI-50 has been tested by an independent lab to ASTM C976-90 & ASTM C1199-97 standards for Thermal Performance of Building Assemblies and Thermal Transmission. The CDTI-50 is leakage controlled to as little as 4cfm per square foot with only 40 inch lbs. of holding torque. Ruskin builds a complete line of commercial and industrial control dampers, fire/smoke dampers, louvers and grilles for the HVAC and architectural market.

Control Indoor Air Quality With Ruskin's IAQ50

Ruskin Manufacturing, Kansas City, MO, announces an exciting new damper designed to meet the increasing engineering demands for indoor air quality. The IAQ50 is an innovative synthesis of three different functions: a high performance airfoil control damper, an airflow monitoring station, and a programmable controller, with the airflow station built into the damper frame. The new IAQ50 assures that a building's ventilation system performs to the ASHRAE 62 standard, and it even provides documentary evidence to facility managers. Because of its compact size and unique versatility, the IAQ50 allows for installation into standard air handling unit construction, old or new, without any special system construction requirements, and also universally integrates with building automation systems. Ruskin Manufacturing builds a complete line of commercial and industrial control dampers, fire/smoke dampers, louvers and grilles for the HVAC and architectural market.

The Ruskin AMS50 Air Monitoring Station Lets You Control Your Air Quality

Ruskin Manufacturing, Kansas City, MO, announces another industry first in Indoor Air Quality dampers, the Ruskin [model:13553]AMS50[/model] air measuring station. This new assembly is engineered and manufactured to give customers the ability to provide their own control package to coordinate with their building automation system and set CFM requirements in the field. The AMS50 has been tested and certified to meet AMCA Standard 611-95 for Airflow Measurement Performance. It combines control damper and flow measurement stations in one assembly and the standard construction includes an air strengthener section for reduced duct length requirements. In addition, the controller and actuator can be field or factory supplied. Ruskin builds a complete line of commercial and industrial control dampers, fire/smoke dampers, louvers and grilles for the HVAC and architectural market.
